They are horrible had an 8:30 apt didn't leave until 5 pm.They ignore my concerns. PA just says yeah yeah I'll talk to doctor,they run this test that test to make money while still ignoring my concerns.To the point where i am having complications and have to call after hour nurse and she says oh just go to ER.Im going twice a week tryimg to manage chronic illnesses that are not being addressed. Im in so much pain from arthritis and sarcoids and pain and numbness in my extremities that i have thought about killing myself.I have been ignored about pain management being started.Why am i left to run to ER with a primary care doctor?I have never ACTUALLY seen dr eric redmon.These people are a fn JOKE!Thought about starting a lawsuit! When you think of professional care its not them.They are very unprofessional and rude staff.If your thinking of going to synergy crosspark drive RUN!
The service is great ! The ladies are polite and try to help any way they can. Now to the doctor ms Taylor she cares about me asks how everything is going with my health and if my medication is helping and if everything is okay and if my family is doing okay she is one of the. She is the Best doctors that I've had the pleasure of having look over my health.
