I found a pantry on their site that I have been trying to find for over a year. I clicked to buy it and very soon afterward got confirmation of my purchase. The next day they described the shipment process entirely. From then to my receiving the pantry, they stayed in touch with me via email, which made me very comfortable knowing that it was safely in transit.

If it was possible to leave less than one star, I would certainly do so!! This seller has an ebay store online and listed a solid wood table for purchase. Her price was the best I had found so I emailed the owner to make sure the item would arrive by Dec.15th. She promised the table would be on the truck by Dec.5th and to my house by Dec.12th. What she did not tell me (and expected me to know) was that the freight company was not set up to deliver to a private residence. The $275 shipping fee she charged did not include the $75 lift gate charge that was required to get the huge box off the truck. When the freight company called her, she refused to authorize the additional fee. When I contacted her to say I felt she should refund $75 of my ebay payment to cover the cost, she told me she would just have the table sent to her store because she could easily sell it to someone else! When I emailed her to explain how upset I was, she told me that I deserved her attitude because I was too demanding in dealing with her!! Very unprofessional and not a nice person. In the end, the table arrived, I paid 4 boys to help me and my husband and we begged the driver for help. He was not able to do much, but at least HE acted like he cared!! I would suggest that you steer clear of this store unless the item you want is something you can carry out of her store.
The pantry came in perfect condition, very securely wrapped. I was very impressed. And, it was every bit as beautiful as the picture - looked just like it!
