McDonald's location is always clean and staff there to help at all times. Problem is with management or owners. This McDonald's does not offer the Meals and deals that other McDonald's do. For instance the Family Meal Deal. Also this McDonald's only carry the salad dressings they prefer. I've asked and response is the owner doesn't carry items he doesn't want. You have a choice of Ranch, Vinegaret and Honey Mustard. Why not carry the stuff other places do? This is for the customers and about the customers wants and needs.
I ordered gravy and biscuits. They were fine. I also sweet tea. It was not good. Perhaps it was the water. It did not taste like the wonderful sweet I get in Columbus, OH.
Worst McDonald's ever... all there was, was screaming and stood in line for 10 mins okay maybe 8.. just to be looked at and not helped.. total bs.. please play on your phone and talk to other workers.. I'm not here to eat just came in to watch you not work!!!

Warm food. Too many workers in the back not enough in the front helping the cashier's. The order takers should have help making shakes. The managers are too busy talking to each other. If u want fast better go thru drive thru. It's more important than the customer standing in front of u
